There are several reasons why you may be having trouble logging in to the Members Area.
Among the most common are:

    1.    Your username and password are case sensitive exactly the way you entered it when you created your Log In
Example: Username: John Member        is not the same as       Username:  john member
                                Password: JohnnoXyz                                                 Password:  johnnoxyz
Note: The webmaster cannot change your username or password for you as it is encripted for security reasons.
What we can do is delete your log in account and you create a new account. Please contact our
              Communications Officer for assistance.

    2.    Your OCEA Membership has expired
                a. Your current year membership dues has not been paid and your log in has been deactivated.
Please contact our Membership Officer to renew your membership.
                b. You no longer are employed as a Code Enforcement Officer.

    3.    I can't retreive my username and password - the system doesn't send it to me.
                a.  This is most likely because your email address has changed and we sent your log in information to your
old email address. For security reasons, only the webmaster can change your email address.
Again, Contact our Communications Officer for assistance.
                b.   Check your Junk Mail folder in your email program. Sometimes (not often) your email program
may forward our email to that folder.
